Three Dinner Recipes

Choice 1: Grilled or baked salmon, mixed green salad with dried cranberries, cut up grapes, cut up tomatoes all in the salad with asparagus and one sliced orange on the side. Topped with 8oz of water.

Choice 2: Grilled or baked skinless chicken, steamed broccoli, sweet potatoes, mushroom, fruit of your choice, and 8oz of water.

Choice 3: Whole grain pasta with basil, steamed broccoli or steamed carrots, mixed fruit salad(with 3 to 4 different fruits) and 8oz of water.
