9 Great Snack Ideas:
1. A bowl of strawberries and blueberries.
2. Yogurt with chopped up walnuts in it or put your favorite nuts you like in it.
3. A banana with grapes.
4. One nutritional bar.
5. Make fresh smoothie of your choice.
6. Two slices of whole grain toast with peanut butter or favorite fruit jelly on top with sliced apples.
7. A bowl of whole grain cereal of your choice with either almond, soy milk, rice, or 1% milk topped with your favorite fruit. If you don't want milk, then put some dry cereal in a sandwich bag and just snack on dry cereal.
8. Warm a couple of sliced turkey lunch meat in a pan, sprinkle low fat shredded cheese on top of each slice, then cut up the slices in pieces to place on top of crackers. I like Ritz crackers, but you can put on top of your favorite crackers. (My Favorite)
9. Make a lettuce wrap. Put either the turkey, chicken, or veggies of your choice inside the lettuce with a tsp of vinegar and oil and a tsp of shredded low fat cheese. Wrap up the large size lettuce and eat.
