1. Drink your proper amount of water each day. 2. Eat more fresh veggies and fruit. 3. Daily exercise 5 to 6 days a week. 4. Play board games and do puzzles daily. 5. Read, Read, Read- Get a library card and use it or go to book stores and just read.
