The grossest place in your bathroom is not the toilet bowl or even the tub. It is your towel. A leading microbiologist from the University of Arizona says damp towels are incubators for bacteria, including e-coli and salmonella. Best to refresh your towels every two days, and make sure they dry fully between uses.

Get a pap smear once a year. Not on our list of favorite things, but it’s vital. Cervical cancer kills 200 000 women a year and it’s the most prevalent form of cancer, and the chances of survival are nearly 100 percent if it’s detected early.

One of the best ways to help relieve pain and stiffness in your knee is to move!!! Try physical therapy , low impact aerobics, walking, swimming, water aerobics, yoga, and do stretching exercises to help with the stiffness. Stay active.

 

Shredded Carrot

Grated carrot makes a great snack. You will find that a grated/shredded carrot is much more filing than a whole carrot. Strange but true. Try it.
