3rd Week on Challenge

Stay focused for everyone who’s on the 12 Week Challenge: Eat clean, exercise, and drink your water.

 

Anything From a Drive-thru

Anything from a drive-thru: Let’s face it-deep down, this one’s a no-brain-er. Between the salt, sugar, oils, grease, and the unidentified ingredients, fast food is just awful for your body. So, minimize how often you stop at a fast food restaurant. This is definitely a NO-NO.

 

Road Trip

Take the road trip to excellent health.

Exercise 6 Days

Guess what? You need to engage in medium to high intensity exercise for 6 days per week for at least 45 minutes per day in order to see some results. GET MOVING!!!  Know one said this was going to be easy.

 

Rotate

Come up with 5 to 10 different meals to start with and then rotate out some different ideas every week for variety. Also, buy enough food for the week.

 

Hydrated

Stay well HYDRATED throughout the day.

 

Eat Fish

Eat at least 2 servings of fish a week. This is great for your brain and heart health.
